Description
Our client is a large public sector organisation that serves a population of over 100,000 residents.They are committed to delivering a wide range of services to their community and pride themselves on their vast property portfolio.
Oversee the strategic management and development of the council's property portfolio.Lead the property department and manage a diverse team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.
Prepare and manage the property department's budget.
Implement strategies to maximise the return on the council's property investments.
Monitor and report on the condition of the council's properties.
Drive initiatives to improve the sustainability of the council's properties.
A successful Property Services Manager should have:
A degree in property management, real estate or a related field.
Experience leading a property department in the public sector.
Strong knowledge of property management and development.
Experience managing a diverse property portfolio.
Proven experience in strategic planning and budget management.
The role is based in Worcestershire and will require a hybrid office presence of 1-3 days a week. Local Government Pension Scheme.
