    Head of Logistics / Logistics Director – Luxury Fashion

    This is your chance to join a luxury fashion brand in London on their journey to become a global brand. They are looking for a Head of Logistics / Logistics Director to focus on their E2E logistics operation, whilst managing and developing a team.

    We are looking for a seasoned operator who can bring stability & build structure with minimal support.

    You will lead the implementation of a cutting-edge logistics strategy in, playing a pivotal role in shaping and optimising their E2E supply chain operations.

    The role:

    • Define and implement the E2E logistics strategy, focusing on robust global operations.
    • 3PL operations, ensuring efficient order processing, quality control, and compliance.
    • train, and lead logistics customer service support for a seamless customer experience.
    • with internal stakeholders, oversee international import/export compliance, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

    A proven background in retail logistics, as well as experience working in a Luxury Fashion environment is essential, along with....

    • years of logistics expertise, specialising in direct-to-consumer/wholesale & retail channels, within the fashion industry.
    • track record of managing logistics operations across the UK & EU.
    • to lead teams, develop staff and manage the performance of your department.

    What's in it for you?

    The successful Head of Logistics / Logistics Director can expect a salary in the range of £80,000-85,000 + wider company perks & benefits of working for a high growth brand.

    This role is a 6 month fixed term contract initially (but there is a strong possibility of a perm role)

    This is an onsite role based in West London.
