    Job DescriptionThe Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams in the successful execution and completion of various projects.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively with team members.
    The RoleSchedule and organise project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
    Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects by coordinating various project activities.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
    Prepare regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    Facilitate communication within project teams and across departments to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned.
    Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.
