Shifts Patterns/Working hours : 9 to 5 with 1/3rd of your time on rota and 2/3 rd performing managerial duties

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our children's residential homes.
Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation currently offering a competitive salary plus benefits, including a quality bespoke training package and generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts.
They specialise in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.
Competitive pay and sleep-in allowance at £65 – when require to cover shifts~ Enhanced overtime rate of time and a third
~ Access to the employee wellbeing programme
~28 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with 5 years of service
To lead the team to deliver high-quality care to our young people
To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
Must have a full manual driving licence
Must be fully flexible and have the ability to work unsociable shift patterns
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
The desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Manager
Long-term placements.
