We are growing our team - and we are looking for Regional Account Managers to manage our ever-growing McCain portfolio, working with our distributors and wholesalers.
Not only will it be your job to maintain and grow distribution of the core existing McCain product range, but you'll also look after volume sales, margin growth, and distribution of our new products.

Reporting into the National Customer Development Manager you'll be a part of a successful team of Account Managers and it's your job to manage and implement the Foodservice Strategy across an existing customer base to deliver profitable top line growth.
Engage with the McCain field sales team to help pull through McCain volume from your customer base, and drive depot engagement with the distributors' telesales and field sales teams.
Manage both internal and external relationships, (joint business plans, implementing terms, promotional plans, range reviews). Create a structured approach to NPD sales growth within your customer base.Support the leadership teams as necessary and assume additional responsibilities or project involvement as requested from time to time.

Experience of working in a premium branded environment

This is a home-based role, ideally you'll be based in the South West area.
Most of your time will be spent out on the road, engaging with current clients, and building new relationships - as well as sussing out new areas and opportunities of growth for foodservice.
