    Description

    We ondersteunen bedrijven om hun succes te bouwen op de in- en verkoop van verantwoorde producten. Daar zijn we in 2009 mee gestart, en we zijn niet gestopt met ontwikkelen. Middels ons web-based platform maken wij van toepassing zijnde product eisen toegankelijk, begrijpelijk en uitvoerbaar. Zo helpen wij bedrijven daadwerkelijk om hun risico's te beperken en transparantie in de toeleveringsketen te realiseren.

    Met 60 collega's in vijf vestigingen in Nederland, Duitsland, UK, Hong Kong en China hebben we een bescheiden omvang, maar de impact van wat we doen is minder bescheiden. ProductIP vertegenwoordigt ruim 50 miljard euro aan handel voor onze internationale gebruikers en dat belang neemt dagelijks toe.

    Wij willen onze gebruikers de best mogelijke functionaliteiten, user experience en support bieden om zo hun werk te vergemakkelijken.

    Daarvoor zoeken wij een Compliance Specialist d ie met kennis van zaken onze klanten ondersteunt en hun werk waar nodig reviewt.

    ProductIP biedt producenten, merkeigenaren en (online) retail ketens de kennis en het samenwerkingsplatform om te voldoen aan Europese en wereldwijde regels voor non-food (consumenten)producten. Dankzij onze unieke geïntegreerde GRC (Governance, Risk Management en Compliance) SAAS-oplossing helpen we toonaangevende marktpartijen wereldwijd met het managen van product compliance. En dat biedt vertrouwen tussen partijen in de handelsketen.

    De expertise en de software van ProductIP maakt dat partijen in de handelsketen in staat zijn invulling te geven aan Europese doelstellingen zoals op het gebied van veilige producten, energie besparing, recycling, terugdringen gebruik schadelijke stoffen, verminderen illegale houtkap, conflict mineralen en recente initiatieven rondom preventie van misstanden bij de productie op gebieden van bijvoorbeeld milieu en kinderarbeid.

    ProductIP zoekt professionals (MBO/HBO) die autonoom, proactief en gedisciplineerd aan de slag gaan. Die hard werken maar ook de tijd nemen om iets verder te denken en zaken tot op de bodem uit te zoeken. Handen uit de mouwen, maar soms ook even de benen op tafel.

    Wat we van jou verwachten:

    Je hebt relevante ervaring in een non-food product compliance omgeving

    Je bent oplossingsgericht, je vindt continue verbeteringen belangrijk

    Je hebt affiniteit met kwaliteit en wet & regelgeving

    Je hebt mogelijk al ervaring in het werken met ProductIP

    Je vindt het leuk om medewerkers van klanten op weg te helpen

    Je werkt nauw samen met onze collega's in Nederland, Duitsland, Engeland, China en Hong Kong, en helpt ProductIP

    verder te ontwikkelen

    Een goed oog voor detail

    Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Duits en Frans is een pré.

    Je bent een teamplayer

    Voorbeelden van je werkzaamheden zijn:

    Je ondersteunt bedrijven bij het maken van technische dossiers voor (consumenten)producten

    Je reviewt werk van klanten, van collega's

    Je ondersteunt retail, handelsbedrijven en fabrikanten bij het opzetten van ProductIP als hun compliance management systeem
