    • Role: Executive Assistant
    • Days: Monday – Friday
    • Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (with flexibility)
    • Location: Mayfair, London
    • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Gross Per Year
    • Start: ASAP

    A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced and responsible Executive & Personal Assistant with a passion for property and previous professional real estate brokerage experience or similar. Based in beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and varied position.

    You will be directly supporting a dynamic and highly personable Director who has a wide and successful international portfolio of UHNW clients. They work closely with their clients in the high-end property and development sector managing the purchasing and sales process of a wide range of luxury properties. The real estate projects are mainly residential in focus, however they also work with investors to acquire and invest in commercial real estate with the view to convert these sites into prime residential and luxury new builds.

    Our extremely busy client is looking for a dedicated, highly experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to work closely with them and provide a high level of business and personal support. An ideal candidate for this exciting position will have proven experience working with an HNW clientele and understand the importance of providing exceptional levels of customer service.

    You will be highly organised with the ability to streamline procedures and implement efficient filing and data management. You will support managing a complex busy diary, inbox management, drafting correspondence, coordinating & scheduling meetings and book appointments. Other duties will include complex travel arrangements, undertaking research, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting business development and other administrative tasks.

    This position is around 80% executive support. You should also be happy to provide personal support with a wide range of tasks such as: holiday research and bookings, booking appointments, booking dinners, arranging tickets, paying bills, personal shopping and gifting, personal research and any other support required.

    You will be personable, enthusiastic and willing to undertake your responsibilities to the best of your ability to ensure the highest standards. Strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills, being very confident about using computers, spreadsheets and databases, along with excellent written communication are all essential functions of the position. Professional experience with compliance salesforce or similar would be an advantage. Given the amount of correspondence you will be required to draft or send on behalf of the principal, you must have excellent written and grammatical skills.

    In order to be considered for this role you must;

    • Be eligible to work within the Uk
    • Be degree educated
    • Have 5+ years of experience in a similar position ideally real estate, property development or management.
