- You will proactively manage all customer accounts already engaged in the legal process with 3rd party legal providers
- You'll ensure all legal cases are up to date and supported with the correct actions and documentation
- You will manage all 1 st Collection letter cycles and outcomes
- You'll work with the Credit Managers to ensure all proposed new Legal cases are adhering to timelines and process.
- Attend and manage the legal board output
- You will monitor and manage relationships and cases that are passed on to 3 rd party debt collectors
- Coordinate all bad debt write off proposals
- You will deliver on targets and achieve KPIs
- You will have experience as a Paralegal
- You'll possess excellent customer service and telephone manner skills
- You will be a great communicator and be able to build rapport
- You'll have a can do attitude and have great organisational skills
- You will be tenacious and driven
