    Operation Governance Analyst

    The Operational Governance Analyst will report to the Head of Governance UK.

    What can you expect?

    • You will be part of a newly formed function, which you will help to shape to make it truly valuable for the colleagues and company alike.
    • The role is designed to be a hybrid of office based / remote working in line with business needs.

    We will rely on you to:

    • Support the review of the Article 30 Register, Data Subject Access Requests
    • Support the development and delivery of an holistic Marsh UK MI (Conduct MI and Performance MI)
    • Support annual review of the Risk appetite statements
    • Coordinate Internal Audit and SoX deficiency log for UK COO Function
    • Coordinate Committee Calendar, Actions and Decision Log, Committee contributions and packs
    • Participate and support regulatory projects where required

    What you need to have:

    • Business Analysis
    • Effective communication and influencing skills
    • An understanding operational excellence, business process management
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Industry knowledge desired but not required
