- Provide high level support to the Director of CSO to plan for meetings, take minutes and ensure timely follow up of actions
- Support the CSO LT in the delivery of their communication objectives and in the coordination of team-wide activities and global communication initiatives ( people pillar, CSR, townhall updates, strategy updates, OKRs and team reporting)
- Support the Director in the annual business planning and budget cycles and help create relevant interlocks across the business where delivery work is dependent on other BE areas
- Provide analysis of the evolving CSO operational MI, KPIs and related activities, offering insights on progress vs. strategic objectives
- Create and own the CSO team service catalogue, mapping policies and procedures across all our teams and locations.
- Support the Director and the CSO LT in identifying and delivering on relevant special projects across the team and / or in partnership with colleagues in Baringa Enablement.
- Manage the CSO operational excellence and transformation portfolio of projects, coordinating the cross CSO projects on behalf of the team. The transformation projects can be expected to span strategy, client, people and commercial ambitions
- Help to raise awareness of technological advancements, by collaborating with the CSO team to build knowledge and engagement levels such as AI and automation
- Keep up with the trends across the industry and understand the competitive landscape to bring insights into the team covering technology advancements, process optimisation, people initiatives and innovations. Your skills and experience
- Experience in business management role
- Experience of developing or streamlining processes and tools to support business expansion
- Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and ability to interpret, enhance and optimise MI reporting
- Experience in shaping, mobilising and executing change programs across multiple stakeholders
- Expert relationship building and network creation
- Ability to work across all levels with impact, effectiveness and influence
- Ability to research, analyse and present information with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues

Our Consulting Service and Operations practice are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join the team.
Baringa's Consulting Service and Operations (CSO) team is new and developing and the focus is on providing expert partnering and delivery support to key areas of the business where demand is growing beyond what we want our client-facing resources to perform. Historically Baringa has prided itself on its consulting resource being very self-sufficient in these areas and keeping reliance on central support to a minimum – but the scale and complexity of the business now makes this model unsustainable. The CSO team, has a very wide range of activities supporting the realisation of strategic, commercial and client priorities, from supporting global growth, managing business day to day operations, supporting client services, providing Partners with business support. The CSO team partner with the consulting teams to develop knowledge management strategies, through to identifying areas of innovation and opportunities for improved ways of working. This role will report into the Director of Consulting Services and Operations
