Lawyer - Commercial & Technology
As a leading Commercial and Technology (CommTech) practice in Northern Ireland, we are looking for ambitious lawyers at various levels who are keen to develop their experience and who will work on some of the most significant commercial transactions in the jurisdiction.
The CommTech team is rapidly growing business area in our firm. From our Belfast office, we support local and international clients in the negotiation and drafting of their commercial contracts. Our clients include leading technology companies and scientific organisations who are at the forefront of their fields.
What will your role involve?
You will be an integral part of our team and, in conjunction with your colleagues, will assist our clients at all stages of the negotiation and drafting of their contracts. You will also advise clients on the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property and give advice in relation to data protection.
What will the role provide you?
At ALG we place strong emphasis on career development and enabling our people to excel in their careers whilst maintaining a rewarding work/life balance.
We will support your career by providing training to rapidly develop your technical and commercial skills. You will have access to the firm's training and development programmes, delivered through the ALG School of Law, as well as training provided by external specialists. We will also support your ambitions to specialise in a particular area of commercial law.
Our working environment is collaborative, friendly and team-focused. Your role will be varied and you will have the opportunity to contribute across a wide variety of social and professional programmes, committees and initiatives which operate within the Belfast and Dublin offices.
