- Utilize Advanced Quality Planning(AQP) PFMEA Control Plans and PPAP for productintroduction.
- Evaluateand streamline manufacturing methods and systems using Lean Toolsand Value Stream Mapping.
- Lead the introductionof new processes practices and timely projectdelivery.
- Assist in the development of jigsfixtures and gauges.
- Utilize ERPsystems to enter and verify bills of materials androutings.
- Engage in the development of the ERPsystem to enhance production engineeringprocesses.
- Produce and update reports asrequired.
- Demonstratecommitment to health and safety quality assurance and continuousimprovement initiatives.
- Report unsafepractices process failures and contribute to correctiveactions.
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or related field.
- Provenexperience in production engineering and projectmanagement.
- Familiarity with Lean Tools ERPsystems and continuous improvementmethodologies.
- Strong communication andcollaborationskills.
