    Description
    Für unseren Bereich PSI, Gruppe fachliches Datenmanagement suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n (Junior) Produktmanager Datenverarbeitung & Qualität (m/w/d).
    ~ Fachliche Verantwortung, rund um Produkte wie z.B. Tonträgeraufnahmen, Musikvideoclips, deren Nutzung durch Hörfunk- und TV-Programme und deren Verarbeitung
    ~ Kontinuierliche, strukturierte, proaktive Überwachung & Kontrolle der Daten- und Produktqualität sowie der Datenverarbeitung unter Beachtung des gültigen Verteilplans
    ~ Repräsentant/in des fachlichen Datenmanagements in diversen internen wie externen Arbeitsgruppen
    ~ Reklamationsbearbeitung und Unterstützung bei Klärung & Behebung von Incidents
    ~ Teilverantwortung in Themen der Verteilung und Beteiligung an verschiedenen Projekten
    ~ Erkennung und Steigerung von Verbesserungspotentialen (KVP-Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess)
    ~ Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Musik-/Kultur-/Datenmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. berufliche Erfahrung (z.B. im Bereich Medien, Musik, Film, IT, Verwertungsgesellschaft)
    ~ Du bist gut strukturiert, kunden- und serviceorientiert, hast gute analytische Fähigkeiten und zeichnest Dich durch eine selbständige, ziel- & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
    ~ Dir liegt der reibungslose und effiziente Betrieb von Prozessen am Herzen. Bei der operativen Durchführung der Prozesse handelst Du eigenverantwortlich und umsichtig und berücksichtigst engagiert die vielfältigen operativen und datenbezogenen Abhängigkeiten.
    ~ Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, bist engagiert und belastbar.
    ~ Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenprozessen, -strukturen, -analysen sammeln können
    ~ Du hast eine schnelle Auffasungsgabe, ein gutes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im agilen Projektvorgehen sammeln können
    ~ Du gehst sicher mit MS Office Produkten um.
    ~ Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
