    Description


    We're looking for an experienced data-enthusiast, supporting the business in strategic decision making by monitoring, analysing and reporting on key performance metrics across the agency.

    As a Performance Analyst, you'll be a key member of the team at ICS, analysing revenue and KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making.


    The role:


    Permanent, full-timeSalary: £27,500 - £32,500Revenue and KPI tracking - maintaining spreadsheets to track revenue, cost and times for all clientsAnalysis and visualisation - creating dashboards for teams to visualise daily and monthly progress against KPIsMonthly revenue reporting - working collaboratively with our Finance team to accurately report on revenue, cost and incomeAbout you:Proficient in Google SheetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExcellent attention to detailUnderstanding of key business metrics, such as revenue, profit margin and retentionProven problem solving skillsExcellent communications skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsWhat we offer:33 days annual leaveBirthday off Work abroad policy (up to 30 days per year)Competitive pension scheme (matched up to 7%)Industry-leading Family PoliciesHybrid, flexible workingLife Assurance and private Bupa healthcareRegular team socialsFree weekly breakfastsWe appreciate that employing people with a broad range of life experiences and ways of thinking adds value to our organisation.
