    We are seeking outstanding Personal Trainers who are deeply passionate about wellness and fitness, capable of motivating and empowering our members to reach their goals and embody our brand essence.

    As part of our Personal Training program, we provide continuous training, development opportunities, courses, and certifications through our PT Academy.

    Our internal team of Educators, under the guidance of our Head of PT Education, collaborates with our PTs to offer certifications covering a wide range of fitness disciplines. We offer specialized certifications such as Women's Health, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition. Additionally, we are the sole accredited training provider in the UK for the Mike Boyle CFSC certification.

    During the initial 18 months at Third Space, you will engage in our modular academy learning, fostering your growth as a PT and honing your skills in alignment with the dynamic fitness industry. You will attain certifications in behavior change, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, and more.

    We recognize that education is crucial for staying ahead in the industry and ensuring that our PTs are consistently inspired, growing, and evolving. Our certifications are well-regarded in the industry and are accessible to all our PTs.

    All our Personal Trainers are required to complete a minimum of six days of further/continuous education annually, either through our tailored Third Space System or external sources.

    We are deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to our members, and our PTs are at the core of this commitment.

    How it operates:

    • Full-time, permanent position
    • No rental fees, no shifts on the gym floor, exclusively PT
    • First 3 months' salary of £27,355 (pro-rated) to assist with business establishment
    • From the 4th month, transition to a pay-per-session model – tiered system based on the number of sessions conducted monthly
    • Guidance provided by Fitness Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and the Education team within the club to help you thrive as a PT

    To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold at least a Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA certification or an equivalent and demonstrate proven success in building a thriving PT business.
