    Description

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join Chancellors Head Office in Bracknell as an Accounts Assistant. The successful individual will ideally be AAT qualified or similar and have some experience in an accounting role. You will join our busy Finance Department where you will be required to assist the Sales / Purchase Ledger department and the Management Accounts team.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Sales / Purchase Ledger team:
  • Entering sales invoices
  • Entering purchase invoices
  • Entering expenses & credit card statements
  • Saving purchase invoice copies
  • Collate invoice samples for external auditors as required
  • Supporting Accounts Supervisor
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

  • Assisting Management Accounts team:
  • Posting month end journals
  • Helping with month end duties
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing daily BACs for Landlords
  • Supporting the Management Accountant team and Financial Controller
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required
