Aspart of our commitment to making matchdays special at the GtechCommunity Stadium we want every fans experience to be as enjoyableas possible.

To support our commitment we arerecruiting a number of Fan Support Team Member positions. Thesuccessful Fan Support Team Member candidates will be there tooffer a friendly face on matchdays provide information and supportus in enhancing the matchday experience for our fans at the GtechCommunity Stadium.

MainAccountabilities

• Createand promote a safe and welcoming environment for supporters at theGtech CommunityStadium.
• Assist fansarriving and leaving thestadium.
• Provideinformation to fans on the local area community and transportoptions.
• Gather supporterfeedback on matchdays and assist with comments suggestions andcomplaints to improve fans matchday experience as part of the Fan& Community Relationsteam.
• Provideaccessibility support for home and away fans visiting thestadium.
• Support otherevents including Gtech Community Stadium Tours fan events and otherBrentford Football Clubfixtures.

• Complywith all club policies including health and safety data regulationsand other legal ethical and socialrequirements.
• Build andmaintain good working relationships while maintaining aprofessional image.
• Keepconfidential any information gained regarding the Club and itspersonnel.

Due to the natureof the role we can only accept applications from those aged atleast 18 years old. The ideal candidate will match the followingcharacteristics:

• Interested in workingwithin the football industry in a matchday environment anddeveloping skills and experience in thisrole.
• Experience of providing good customerservice and an interest in fan engagement.
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills and confidence in dealingwith people.
• Ability to deal with complaintsand suggestions with empathy.
• Enthusiasticfriendly and energetic manner with a genuine desire to provideoutstanding service for all fans visiting the Gtech CommunityStadium.
• Good teamplayer.
• Reliable and committed to the roleincluding attending required training and briefingsessions.
• Available to work a variety of hourswhich will include weekends and evenings and for the majority ofmatchdays throughout theseason.
