- Logging all incoming emergency support requests from customers and updating these on the system as changes come in
- Contacting customers to schedule engineering work
- Contacting engineers to allocate works to them, putting all information onto the internal system
- Answering calls in the head office to pass through to other staff members
- Great communication skills
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience dealing with customers
- Great IT skills - can pick up systems with ease
- Happy to work to deadlines and good at prioritisation
- Logical thinker and problem solver
- Experience using an in-house CRM system
- Has transport to and from the office in Rugby
- High accuracy and attention to detail
