    Description

    Role: Senior Data & Reporting Analyst

    Location: London - Hybrid

    Position type: Full time, permanent

    We're looking for a technical analyst with experience developing tools and solutions using Python, R or other programming languages who's interested in helping a growing syndicate modernise their exposure management processes. This would be a new role with the Risk Analytics team and offers wide scope to work on high priority projects.

    What You'll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Tool development, process build-outs and automation.
  • Building reporting dashboards and reports.
  • Utilising cat model vendors APIs as the team transitions it's cat modelling and portfolio management systems to anew platform.
  • Working closely with underwriters, actuaries and Risk Analytics team members to embed new processes and ensure effectiveness.
  • Mentoring other Risk Analytics team members in the development of their programming skills.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R and SQL.
  • Experience in data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or R Shiny.
  • Some knowledge of insurance and statistical techniques in Cat Modelling
