    Senior Data & Accounting Analyst – Client Onboarding
    Reports to the Data & Accounting Manager – Client Onboarding

    With a focus on driving excellent client service and understanding the needs of our clients, we are continually enhancing the onboarding approach.

    As a result, we are looking for a Senior Data & Accounting Analyst to join the newly established Client Onboarding team.

    The individual will be responsible for elements of the client onboarding journey that touch-upon data migration, report testing, financial reporting and applications set-up.

    There will be opportunity to complete additional qualifications/training to support the requirements of the role.

    Executing the data migration process when migrating new clients to Aztec systems from a previous service provide or from in-house for first-time outsourcers.

    Working with the Data & Accounting Manager to extract, reconcile and transfer data, including mapping general ledgers, transaction types, investor allocation rules.

    Resolving data extraction or loading issues and help troubleshoot any issues that may arise when migrating data.
    Help design and test financial reports based on client requirements, to include capital call and distribution notice templates.
    3+ years of experience in a fund administration or other relevant financial services business
