    Technology Recruitment Consultant

    At Anson McCade we provide expert technology recruitment and consultancy services to businesses globally, ranging from major blue-chip organisations to innovative start-ups. Due to our continued success, we are targeting talented individuals to work for us and meet our client's needs. We need driven and ambitious individuals to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional results.

    The role

    As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will face a new challenge every day. Some tasks and duties will include:

    • Building a strong network of candidates in the digital space. We work across the UK, Europe and Ireland so exposure to different markets
    • Work alongside an experienced IT Recruiter that has commercial knowledge in the industry to learn the ropes of recruitment. They will play a pivotal role in your personal development and shaping your early days in recruitment.
    • Providing a high-quality service to client through extensive research and headhunting.
    • Keeping up to date with market trends, your knowledge will reflect in your work.
    • Natural Curiosity to figure out how recruitment works and to be better at your job.
    • Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve.
    • Leading negotiations on offer negotiation.
    • Attracting talented candidates through various means of communication. Headhunting, adverts, LinkedIn, Networking events (the list goes on ...)
    • Proactivity approaching high performing candidates on the market that will likely be happy in their role, and selling them on the wider opportunity with our clients.

    Do you have what it takes?

    A career in this field requires excellent communication and a strong academic history. Furthermore, you will also need to:

    • Be career driven and goal focused – self-motivation is required to reach your targets and succeed beyond expectations. The majority of the Senior Leadership has grown from this exactly level in the business.
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment – this type of working environment requires quick-thinkers and individuals who can adapt their schedule to their client's needs.
    • Be confident – show your clients and candidates why they should trust you.

    Expected Earnings

    Year 1: £30,000 - £35,000

    Year 2: £40,000 - £50,000

    Year 3: £60,000 +
