    We are seeking to appoint a Capital Project Manager tooversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenancecurrently across our schools in Yorkshire. Reporting to the Directorof Estates, you will liaise with the Heads, School Business Managersand Facilities Manager to identify estates priorities and oversee thecapital investment plans and major maintenance programmes for theacademies, ensuring that all works are delivered in line with DfErequirements.

    The successful candidate will be customerfocused and have a proactive approach, with the ability to adaptaccording to the stakeholder. You will ideally come from aprofessional built environment background (consultancy or clientside)with a track record in managing multiple estates projects in line withthe DfE requirements. Previous experience of working with educationclients is highly desirable. The appointed candidate will ideally beChartered or on the Chartership pathway (ie. RICS, CHPP or RIBA orequivalent) although those qualified by experience will be considered.

    The role will be home-based and will include regular travel tothe academies, as well as occasional travel to the group's centraloffices in Peterborough and London.
