    Are you a passionate individual with a love for garden design? Are you looking to kickstart your career in an innovative and ambitious team? Andy Stedman Design Ltd, located in Chichester, West Sussex, is on the hunt for a creative and enthusiastic Graduate/Junior Garden Designer to join our growing team.

    About Us:

    At Andy Stedman Design Ltd, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional landscape and garden design services for both private clients and prestigious developments. As a Graduate/Junior Garden Designer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learn the ropes of the industry, and contribute to crafting stunning outdoor spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with senior designers to assist in creating garden designs.
    • Support in the preparation of 2D plans using Vectorworks.
    • Learn and contribute to 3D modeling using SketchUp.
    • Participate in site visits and team meetings.
    • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
    • Meet and greet clients at the studio and showroom
    • Help with day-to-day running of the studio and showroom
    • Answer office phone, emails and deal with enquiries
    • Support the team with project administration
    • Control stock of stationary and consumables
    • Help organise showroom materials and sales
    • Support, learn and develop systems and processes to help towards business efficiency
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
    • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
    • Enthusiasm for horticulture.
    • Organisational skills with an ability to manage tasks efficiently.
    • Full UK driving license.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A degree or diploma in Garden Dedign, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of design software is a plus but not required, as we provide training.
