    Beauty Salon Manager

    £50,000 plus commission

    A pioneer in phyto-cosmetology, my client draws from the power of plants to offer effective products that meet the needs of all skin and hair types. They sell skincare, makeup and fragrance and have launched their own haircare brand.

    Beauty Salon Manager

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

    ? A Manager with proven sales background in Premium Beauty ? Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service. ? Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity. ? Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate skincare and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers' needs. ? Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with the organisation.

    Beauty Salon Manager

    Coordinate the team and ensure the proper operation of the cabins in accordance with the brand image and the values. The successful candidate will lead the daily activities in order to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments. The Salon Manager shall dedicate a valuable know-how to the customers in order to obtain their complete satisfaction and retain them in the aim to develop the turnover generated by sales and treatments. As Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Therapists to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits the organisation at all times. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through clientelling thus building brand loyalty.

    ? Manage the team on a daily basis

    ? Build a team spirit and maintain excellence of service

    ? Communicate goals and sales incentives

    ? Prepare and follow-up with the work schedules of the team according to the business needs

    ? Offer a high quality of service to the customers

    ? Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks including rotas and sickness reporting

    ? Develop the clientele, recruitment, retention, events

    ? Create, plan and execute events at the boutique to bring awareness and recognition

    ? Managing budgets and ordering within time limits

    ? Proactively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers

    ? Preparing and organising activity on counter monthly with your Line Manager's approval

    ? Demonstrate Hair products on clients by means of hair product application, use of company tools and hair styling whilst being able to confidently explain the benefits of each product
