Description
Do you have retail experience and are looking for a new challenge with a charity that makes a real difference to lives in East Kent?Pilgrims Retail is developing, and therefore we are looking people with a passion for retail to join our team, as we work towards our 2025 strategy.
We currently operate 33 shops throughout East Kent, compromising of general shops, furniture shops and specialist book and vintage shops.
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Supervisor who has retail experience to support a team of both staff and volunteers.
Our Retail Supervisors are responsible for the daily running of the shop, including stock control, visual merchandising, gift aid and management of volunteers.
To support the Retail Manager with the day to day running of the shop.Meeting agreed financial targets.
Carrying out shop administration.
Following health and safety policy & procedures and giving training when needed.
This is a part-time role (14 hrs per week) and is based at Pilgrims Hospices, Chartham Furniture Warehouse.
