Our client is a successful technical management consultancy providing technical expertise to projects in the Ministry of Defence. They also have experience working in the nuclear, defence, space, and transport sectors in the UK. Located in Portsmouth and due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced full time HR Advisor. This role can be hybrid with 2/3 days in the office.
You should have experience as an HR Advisor or a similar role, with a deep understanding of employment law and HR operations, ability to support and implement HR operations that align with business needs, CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, or committed to achieving this qualification.
