The New Business Advisor will be the initial point of contact with clients and is responsible for attracting and onboarding new client relationships.
This individual will have a broad understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies with the ideal candidate having proven experience with new business and sales goals.
The New Business Advisor will work in tandem with Wealth Advisors within the firm in a team relationship model.Ability to establish client investment objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirements
Work with firm team members to identify and implement an appropriate investment strategy for each client based on their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.

Develop a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation and be able to structure investment and financial plan

Direct consultation with attorneys and accountants on financial, tax, and estate planning
Client meeting planning, facilitation, and presentation
Seek to increase current accounts through additions to AUM
Compliance awareness with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 10 years relevant experience within financial services, wealth management preferred
Proven track record and sales ability to close new business
Competence with industry software to include CRM, Portfolio Management system, MS Office, custodial platform
