    We're looking for a User Researcher to join our multidisciplinary team designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.

    You'll be a great listener and communicator with a creative, structured and logical approach towards understanding problems and designing inclusive, human-centred experiences.

    You've managed remote and in-person usability testing throughout the agiledevelopment lifecycle
    You're able to lead and participate in the analysis and synthesis of research data andfindings, and communicate insights in an engaging and concise way to engagestakeholders in data-informed decisions

    You're able to support and coach teams and stakeholders in the use of a range ofuser research methods, analysis and synthesis techniques and approaches to presenting and sharing findings.

    User-centred design and agile working
    You're able to produce concise artefacts (e.g. personas, journey maps, user stories) to help communicate user and business needs
    You're experienced at working with agile development teams and stakeholders to co-design and deliver products and services to meet user needs
    You have the ability to recognise and work within project constraints, supporting colleagues to ensure delivery of value to the client and their users
    You're keen to support the development of Solirius' internal culture, tools, processes and growth opportunities
