    Job Description

    Shire Healthcare are recruiting for an accredited Counsellor to work as an addiction therapist based in Southwest London .

    Role snapshot:

    The candidate appointed will hold a caseload of 121 patients and therapy groups as part of an ATP programme which will include workshops, process groups and aftercare. A key focus of the role is to provide patients with the confidence, skills and coping strategies required for recovery and independent living.

    Contract type – permanent

    Hours – 4-5 days per week

    Salary – £38,000 - £40,000 FTE

    Experience required:

    Psychotherapists applying will have accreditation with the BABCP, UKCP or BACP along with previous experience working with addictions including experience with group delivery, psychoeducational groups and the 12 steps programme.
