    Description

    As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to work across product growth, collaboration, and core product AI.

    You will design an exceptional user experience and interfaces that users love. Your design keeps users engaged by reducing friction barriers and including rewards that drive joy, engagement, and user success.

    Improve UX:
    Improve user flows, including user onboarding, templates, CRM, referrals, and much more

    Design UI:
    As a generalist designer, you will design UI for features across Kittl's platform to help drive user engagement and ultimately more user activations
    Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure user interfaces are user-friendly and effective

    Interpret data:
    Work closely with data analysts to interpret user data, translating findings into actionable design improvements

    Experience:
    You're a senior professional with at least five years of SaaS and/or gaming experience delivering high-grade UI/UX product design
    We need to see a strong demonstration of your understanding of designing user experiences, UI, and graphics (focused on typography, fonts, web design, illustration) for SaaS products and/or gaming

    Design skills:
    Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centred design principles with a proficiency in Figma and sharp eye for visual details
    An innate understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how design can impact them
    Motivated to take initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    Take home design challenge
    30 vacation days per year for all employees
    ~ An allowance of 50 working days per year (10 weeks, if you count the weekend) of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)
    ~ Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl)
