    Thame / Remote, UK

    To manage the product marketing and product management of the RTU family to ensure customers present and future needs are met profitably and to co-ordinate product promotion both internally and externally to ensure maximum awareness both in the UK and international markets.

    Support the global roadmap and strategy for the product range, drive new product development and launches as part of the international team within Lucy Electric.

    The RTU category is central to the Lucy Electric business, the role is critical to capturing changes in the market, legislation and technology, translating this into our product development plans, delivering successful product launches to the market and fully supporting the offer during its lifetime.

    The role will home based / Lucy Electric Thame office based.

    Visits to Lucy Electric offices, manufacturing units and customers will be required as will supporting exhibitions and events both in the UK and overseas locations.

    This shall also include working with other digital and switchgear products for integration and co-ordination of the RTU offer into these other respective ranges.

    Creation and maintenance of offer decision trees and management of implementation into Tacton / configurator.

    Provision of ad-hoc support to global sales and tendering functions in the form of technical or application support, review of technical specifications completion of technical schedules and submission of appropriate type test certificates.

    This may range from attending meetings to present the offer to delivering specific training sessions to the end users. New Product Development (NPD)

    Creating Market Requirement Documents and Special Projects forms for local and global markets and owning the NPD process to ensure products are delivered on time and to budget.

    Offering continued support to Engineering and sales during the NPD process.

    Obtain data to analyse and report on the market positioning of the offer within the local and global markets, segments and sectors.

    Monitoring and interpreting market tends and competitors, analysing any opportunities and threats that may be present.

    This will include analysing current data for to understand historic trends and using various channels to obtain competitor and market share information.

    Experience and or education in communication protocols, cybersecurity and network protection.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical / power distribution industry.
    High level of English (spoken and written).
    Ability to manage multiple projects
