The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in BMS, combined with excellent sales skills and a passion for customer service. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored BMS solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector.
    • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to understand client requirements.
    • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to design customised BMS solutions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in BMS sales, engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and their applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
