    We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's Leading FMCG companies, for the role of Team Manager.

    It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device Provide leadership, management, and motivation for the Provisioning TeamFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between retail customers and both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and implementation teamsDevelop and implement internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service metrics to ensure high-quality performanceOrganise training sessions and provide coaching to the team to enhance issue resolution and incident management capabilitiesPrepare and generate management reports and information as neededMain Skills/ Requirements:Effective people management experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsNumerical, analytical and planning skillsAbility to read and manipulate spreadsheets to manage and control budgetsExperience working in a controlled or regulated environmentExperience managing stakeholders to comply with established processes and proceduresProven track record of developing and implementing continuous improvement both in process, technology and working practicesPrevious experience of working with customer-facing and commercially orientated teamsHow you'll be rewarded:Excellent progression opportunitiesOpportunity to work with a huge name in their space, that is heavily embedded into the communityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join a leading FMCG Company, a huge name in their industry We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
