Job Outline:
My client, who is a leader in the world of Electronic Test & Measurement, now seeks a Head of Sales & Marketing to join their team based close to Nottingham.
Based within commuting distance of my client's facility close to Nottingham, or working from a home office, you will take responsibility for devising and executing the technical sales strategy and overseeing the promotion and marketing of my client's products.
On a daily basis, you will manage UK Sales (both new and existing) as well as managing the existing network of global distributors, supporting and managing them with both product, sales & marketing training.
In addition to prioritizing where to focus pro-active sales activities across new and existing customers, you will also identify potential new distributors where my client has limited or no coverage.
Within the role, you will also take responsibility for my clients marketing strategy and lead the marketing function, including organizing digital marketing, print marketing, Google Search-Engine-Optimization etc.
As the successful candidate you will be proactive and able to be highly autonomous. My client is a small, ambitious company so the flexibility to undertake a wide variety of tasks is essential.In return my client can offer an excellent salary/package within a friendly and positive company.
Qualifications:
It is expected that you will have a Degree or higher in Electronics or similar
