H.R. Owen demonstrates a commitment to excellence with a dedication to delivering unparalleled experiences to our customers. This role will lead and champion the innovative Marketing strategy for the H.R. Owen business and elevate our brand in the world of luxury automotive.

As a Marketing Manager at H.R. Owen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Marketing strategy and plans for the business and our iconic marques. Ensuring a consistent influx of quality prospects for our sales team, fostering loyalty among existing customers in both sales and aftersales, identifying additional sales opportunities, and enhancing the value of our marques and the H.R. Owen brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
Campaign Development: Create and oversee innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target HNW audience, leveraging various channels such as digital, social media and experiential.
Event Management: Plan and execute high-quality events to generate suitable prospects, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, loyalty, and advocacy. Ensure events adhere to compliance and safety guidelines, as well as brand standards.
Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Partnership Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key strategic partners to amplify business/brand visibility.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, recording and reporting on ROI. Allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
CRM Utilisation: Utilise the H.R. Owen and manufacturer partner CRM systems and marketing tools to gain insights from data and activate targeted campaigns. Collaborate with the Group Marketing Team for optimal results.
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with Manufacturer teams, positioning H.R. Owen as a key partner in brand-building activities. Uphold our brand as a leader in the automotive industry.

The type of person we are looking for:

Have previous Marketing experience at a management level.
You will be able to take ownership of your role, with an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
You will be a strategic thinker with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to diverse audiences.
You will have excellent management, planning and organisational skills. Able to produce and manage marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
You will have a passion for, and understanding of, the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with.
You will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
