    YF has joined forces with a highly acclaimed food business, currently experiencing rapid expansion and with customers including some of the UKs most prestigious retailers and restaurants They're currently seeking a Head of Finance to spearhead the digitalisation and automation of their financial operations, while also managing traditional finance responsibilities.

    It's not merely about crunching numbers – it's about reshaping the financial landscape of a flourishing company.
    This presents a wonderful opportunity to become a key player in a team where your contributions hold significant weight.

    As Head of Finance, you'll be pivotal in directing their growth strategy for the next 5 years alongside the Founder and MD, blending digitalisation efforts with traditional financial expertise.

    ResponsibilitiesDrive the digital finance and accounting transformation, including the introduction and implementation of new systems, processes etc.

    Lead and develop the financial strategy & KPIs to support the next phase of growth strategyManage the budget process, 3-year plan, and financial controlsReport and update on financial performanceRequirementsExperience leading implementation of digital tools and systems e.g.

    AI / Automation / APIs etc.

    Previous experience with Acquisitions and Divestments of SMEsYour expertise should also include leading on budgets, KPI development, producing final accounts for publication, reviewing legal contracts, and liaising with lawyers.
