- Leading your senior management team, empowering them to deliver their objectives and ensure all short, medium, and long-term objectives and targets are achieved.
- Providing strong leadership to deliver operational excellence, contribute to divisional strategy, and ensure the provision of high levels of customer service at all times.

- Ensuring site financial targets are achieved by delivering improvement plans to reduce costs of production and managing capital investment.

- Previous experience of leading a large, complex, chilled foods manufacturing business (c.800 employees or more) with a diverse, unionised workforce.
- Exceptional leadership skills, able to coach and develop senior managers to drive performance, process improvements, change management, and staff engagement.
- Experience of lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Able to operate at a strategic level, while also engaging with colleagues at all levels across the business.
- Demonstrable experience of full P&L responsibility.
- Results driven with strong commercial acumen.

Role Overview:
Our site in Carlisle is a key part of our Meals Solutions division, employing around 1100 people and producing a wide range of ready meals and chilled foods for major retailers.
