- Tracking, creating, managing and disseminating technical and commercial intelligence to clients and Lawyers
- Providing training and working on training programmes for internal Lawyers and external clients
- Delivering strategic knowledge and client initiatives across the firm's international network
- Developing and maintaining technical and commercial resources, including drafting and maintaining legal precedents and guidance notes
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- 5+ PQE
- A strong working knowledge of structured finance law
- A proven track record for developing client relationships
- Strong legal research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
