- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Learning and Development as well as a strong proven background in Coaching

Day-to-day, you'll work with learners via remote technology and at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard in learning and development consultant business partner level 5 and Coaching Professional L5 to successful completion of the programme. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You'll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way
