As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teaching Assistant are:
Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and activities.
Support individual students or small groups to ensure their academic and social development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful and positive atmosphere.
Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions as required.
Requirements for a Primary Teaching Assistant:
Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children.
A genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An understanding of primary school curriculum and teaching methods.
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional qualifications in education or related fields are advantageous.
