Package:


  • Monday to Friday 7.30am4.30pm / 8am5pm.
  • Pension, 22 days holiday + Christmas Shut Down off.
  • Location: Crawley Head Office.

Core responsibilities will typically include:


  • Managing the full P2P process (Raising orders, acknowledgement, queries resolution).
  • Point of escalation for chasing and expediting orders with suppliers.
  • Obtaining and processing purchase requests.
  • Requesting purchase proposals and assessing quotes.
  • Assessing orders for quality.
  • Ensuring the optimum maintenance of data in the ERP (price, dates, quantities) as well as identifying and raising technical queries with the ERP developer.
  • Liaise daily with Operations, Project and Warehouse (quality, queries, reporting).
  • Looking after the highvalue projects and fasttrack orders from inception to completion, along with the Operations and Projects Teams.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


  • Relevant purchasing experience in a high growth B2B business.
  • For the purposes of purchasing.; an understanding of manufacturing processes (machined components or CNC metal components).
  • Experience gained within a productbased business.
  • Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to work with ERP software.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Natural communicator, with the ability to build trust, customer centric.
