- Coordinating service requests through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Dealing with escalated product based complaints, to produce workable solutions
- Building positive relationships with all levels of the organization in order to exchange information and follow-up on customer requests
- Recognizing commercial opportunities to facilitate business growth
- Navigation of systems and information tools to provide relevant and accurate information
- Possess a sales-mindset and the ability to close a sales and at the same time ensure that the customer is getting the best possible solution.
- Hold well-developed questioning techniques to ensure in-depth understanding of customer needs.
