    Description

    The Change Partners are currently working with an iconic Consumer Electronics brand who are hiring for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

    The CSR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the agenda through project management across marketing and partnerships to support sustainable campaigns, through internal and external audiences.

    This role will:

    • Project Manage Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives including junior audience online safety and education.
    • Deliver strategic campaigns and communications as well as events that support the agenda.
    • Partner with Brand, Social, PR, CRM and wider teams to deliver campaigns.
    • Develop measurements that establish strong success of programmes.
    • Build advisory and strategic leadership opportunities that support relevant issues and identify opportunities to account for any risk.
    • Manage stakeholders up to C-suite level.
    • Engage existing partners to represent external events within the industry.
    • Support raising awareness throughout the business employees, agencies and 3rd party suppliers.
    • Ensuring that programmes have a tangible and strong social impact.

    Your experience should include:

    • Minimum 3 years working within a CSR environment or similar.
    • Strong project management, working with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of marketing channels and benefits to deliver the right campaign to the right audience through the right platform.
    • Confidence in presenting, influencing and managing stakeholders.
    • Passion for supporting growth and awareness of social responsibility, ideally within education or junior audiences.
    • Passion for delivering tech and how this can be used to benefit Gen-Z and wider audiences.
