    A highly respected law practice in North Leeds (Roundhay) is currentlyrecruiting for talented Family Lawyers to join the team.

    They arelooking for Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of5 and a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.

    Salary ofup to £85,000 depending on experience.nYou would play a key role aspart of a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked family team of 3solicitors (2 of which are partners), chartered legal executive,senior legal assistant, and team administrator, managing a caseload offamily matters as well as assisting with the continued expansion ofthe team.

    nPermanent full-time role however flexibility on hours canbe facilitated. Hybrid working can be offered however regularattendance at the company's Leeds office will be required.

    • Work closely with the family team, support staff, finance dept, plusclients and other third parties as requiredn
    • Adhere to the Anti-MoneyLaundering regulations, in particular verifying client and other thirdparties' identification in line with the raising any potential moneylaundering concerns to the Compliance officern
    • Business developmentactivities, working with the marketing dept in line with firm'sbusiness development strategyn
    • Work with clients in person, andremotely and attend Court venues when requiredn nThe CandidatenAminimum of 5 years PQE required but also more experienced candidateswelcomed.
    Looking for someone with a thorough knowledge of Family lawincluding pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements,divorce and financial settlements for both married and unmarriedcouples and children act matters, as well as injunctive reliefrelevant to financial cases.
