Facilities Coordinator / Assistant Facilities ManagerBelfast£35,000 - £38, Days Holiday + 8 BHYour new company * A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services providerYour new role * Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, across a commercial office building.
* You will be the client-based support, first point of contact to deal with or escalate any facilities queries. Liasing with the client regularly, responsibility for contractors, building checks and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.* Building walk arounds and checks, meeting, and conference room set-ups, identify any potential maintenance issues, booking in and overseeing subcontractors, quoting, liasing with suppliers, helpdesk duties / logging on CAFM system, dealing with email correspondence and updating the client and other stakeholders on the job process, meeting SLA requirements etc.
What you'll need to succeed * You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator / facilities assistant / team leader or Supervisor role.
* Any building service-related qualifications are beneficial but not essential.* You will need to have a good technical understanding, strong communication skills and the experience and ability to work with CAFM systems.
