- Offer precise advice on SHE legislation and company procedures, ensuring alignment with the business context and agreed timelines
- Perform SHE audits and inspections according to internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001 standards as scheduled
- Invest igate SHE incidents, accidents, and non-compliance issues, delivering comprehensive reports with root cause analyses within specified timeframes
- Support SHE workshops and training sessions within business areas
- Actively participate in the improvement of SHE management systems, process audits, wider SHE activities, professional development, and demonstrate positive SHE behaviors
- Practical internal auditing skills, with a preference for ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification
- Strong familiarity with BAE and SHE management systems
- In-depth knowledge of UK SHE legislation, corporate responsibility framework, sustainability model, and legal requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, coupled with exceptional report writing abilities, is essential
