    Description

    Join our team and take on the exciting role of Lettings Branch Manager at Norwich! We value hard work and offer great rewards, including career progression opportunities. You'll start with a Company car or Car allowance from day 1, along with continuous support through training to maximize success.

    • £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience
    • £60,000 total on-target earnings in your first year
    • Retainer for the initial 3 months while building your pipeline
    • Uncapped commission structure
    • Company Car or Car allowance
    • Enrollment in fully-funded training for a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA)
    • Promising career growth prospects
    • Participation in our new Elevate incentive program across the company

    A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager

    • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
    • Coach the team towards meeting KPI's
    • Monitor and evaluate individual team member performance (including one-to-one meetings)
    • Support team development and advancement
    • Emphasize generating new and repeat business
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
    • Coordinate with Tenants for property viewings based on their requirements
    • Negotiate offers and finalize new tenancies
    • Ensure business operations align with top compliance standards and minimize risks for all regulatory bodies

    Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager

    • Full UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles
    • At least 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher
    • Collaborative mindset to foster teamwork and a positive work environment
    • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, communities, and colleagues
    • Capability to develop and execute business plans specific to your branch
    • Ability to analyze and assess performance of local competitors
    • Thorough knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
    • Proficiency in managing time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
    • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
    • Self-driven with good telephone etiquette
    • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
    • Attention to detail
