The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent first line technical support to our staff.
Following initial training, you will ensure that our IT systems operate smoothly. You'll learn how to deal with support tickets, troubleshoot issues and support the implementation of new hardware and software.
Additionally, you'll assist with development projects, the administration of internal software and databases, provide IT end user training and test new products before they're launched.
