Description

My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and motivated fabric technician (preferably with electrical knowledge) to join their team, focusing on a single static site in the City of London.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work in a dynamic urban environment.

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available)
£General visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces
Carpentry
Basic plumbing
Fire alarm/door testing
Grouting & Plastering
Minor electrical works

Repairing building fixtures:
doors, handles, windows etc.
Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
18th edition or equivalent electrical qualification
Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in plumbing, carpentry, or painting & decorating (desirable, though not essential)
