    Description

    Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
    Location: Blackfriars
    Salary: £40,000
    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

    Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Our client in Blackfriars is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. If you have experience in performing PPMs and reactive maintenance in a commercial office environment, this could be the perfect role for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
    • Work on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
    • Conduct maintenance and testing on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and sprinkler systems
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
    • Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and sprinklers
    • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (18th Edition Wiring Regulations + C&G Level Electrical Installations)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
